Mystic Movement is a sacred dance where poetry becomes movement and movement becomes prayer. The Great Mystics like Rumi, Hafiz and Hadewijch were weavers of words between the earthly and celestial. They sang of the Beloved centuries ago, and their poems still carry a living essence and current of love that exists beyond time and space. Let the words and music move and inspire you as you surrender yourself open and dance your unique ecstatic expression.

Come as you are and allow love to lead you deeper, wider and higher into the chambers of your heart and into your frequency of faith. This is a path of devotion, a profound and personal connection with the Divine, where you explore the depths of your own true essence. Your body, heart and womb are the wisest of the wise and know the way to replenish your inner wisdom and fill your whole being with radiant light and grace.

Rooted in the earth and connected to the cosmos, each dance is a communion with the Divine within you and all around you, a celebration of this beautiful life as your holy and human self. You are the Channel, you are the Oracle, you are the Vessel for the Spirit of Love to flow through you as poetic power and whirling wisdom. We dance in devotion to cultivating inner peace, harmony, trust and coherence, and we co-create with the energies of the highest light, love and order.

We dance as prayer, as gratitude, and as a living mission of Love. We dance for ourselves and for our reverent connection to all of life. Every session is a sacred activation of poem, luminous wisdom and sensory delight, where the great mystics bless us from the inside out and we remember our divine direction living within
