What if feeling more grounded, present, and alive wasn’t something you had to work harder at – but something you could learn to reconnect with?
Beginning Monday, October 19, we’ll gather each week from 7–9 p.m. at the beautiful and grounding setting of River Haven Farm for an intimate exploration of what it means to feel truly at home in yourself – immersed in nature with the presence of horses.
This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and discover practical tools you can carry with you into everyday life – tools to help you feel more grounded when life feels overwhelming, more present when you’re pulled in many directions, and more connected to yourself when you need it most.
Through gentle somatic movement, breath, meditation, mindful reflection, sound, visualization, and other embodied practices, including spending time with the horses, we’ll explore the relationship between our bodies, senses, emotions, and the natural world. Inspired by the wisdom of the Five Elements, each week offers a different doorway into greater awareness, connection, and aliveness.
Week 1: Water ~ Trust & Grounding
Week 2: Wood ~ Self-Acceptance & Choice
Week 3: Fire ~ Joy & Aliveness
Week 4: Earth ~ Rooted & Presence
Week 5: Metal ~ Courage & Self-expression
You don’t need any previous experience with somatic practices, meditation, movement, or the Five Elements. You simply need a willingness to pause, explore, and become curious about your own experience.
With only 8–10 people, this five-week experience is intentionally small, allowing us to create a supportive, intimate space where you can explore, learn, and be fully yourself.
Investment: $330
This includes all five 2-hour sessions.
We’re so looking forward to sharing this experience with you.
With love,
Lisa-Marie & Lynn
