As a child, my mother would take me on long walks with her along the sagebrush, and I would wonder about the plants and the medicine they held. I loved Indigenous culture and the reverence held for the sacredness of Nature and life. I suppose I was being gently guided towards these teachings all along. Education I later went on to study Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria. I studied further and am now a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic Medicine and Therapies, Meditation, Reflexology, Nutrition and Herbology. I am an active member of the National Association for Holistic Health Practitioners and currently practice at Isis Wellness Centre in South Surrey, BC. Dharma & Vision I have over 25 years of experience and knowledge in holistic medicine and practices, and am now ready to share all of that with you.
